Description
Made from a case hardened steel agricultural disc blade: giving it a stronger outer layer which will remain sharp longer. The neck is narrow and high allowing dirt to move away from the back of the blade and not build up. The blade is approximately 4.5″ wide, has a curved sharpened bottom edge and sharpened side blades approximately 2.5″ high. The overall height of the head at approximately 4.75 inches. Great for tight areas, to dig holes for planting, or tilt to make furrows for seeds.This tool is great to get into tight areas. It is available on 1-1/4″ straight-grained, shaped Ash handle (uses AGH Replacement Handle) in either 54″ or 60″ lengths.
