Good strong handle with nice grain, head is well shaped and weighted for soil cultivation and push/pull smoothing. This size is about perfect for working a whole garden that needs plants or grass removed for planting and garden/field edge maintenance. I would say it is close but not quite right for cutting out a garden in a grass field but their version of this with the pick on the back of the head would work together excellent.
